The CDLC is incorporated (non-profit). There is a elected administrative council. Here are the administrators for 2021-2022;

CDLC Governance structure

The CDLC is overseen by its members, during the general assembly and the Rendez-vous des partenaires, and by an elected administrative council (7 administrators), which ensure the good management of the corporation and the achievements of the CDLC's main orientations. The action committees follow their mandate to update their respective action plan for each project.
